Most AI tools for business try to do everything for you. Captions, ads, websites, emails, reports. They also try to make the decisions about what your brand is and what it sounds like. The output is technically complete and feels like nothing. Brands built this way sound like nobody made them.
We took a different approach. There's a line between work that needs a person and work that doesn't. We built the system around finding it.
The work that doesn't need a person is most of it. Writing the social posts. Setting up the website. Drafting the emails. Cutting variants of an ad. Replying to common questions. Scheduling things. Generating the analytics report nobody reads carefully but everyone needs. This is the work that fills the week of everyone running something small. None of it requires you specifically. It just requires someone. That someone is currently you because nobody else is cheap enough.
Rivendel does this work. All of it.
The work that does need a person is smaller and harder to describe. Knowing what your brand is for. Knowing what it should sound like. Recognizing when something is wrong before you can say why. Saying yes to one direction and no to three others. Changing your mind. These are the parts that come from your taste. Your taste is a thing only you have.
Rivendel does not do this work. Cannot. Will not.
So how does it actually run?
You start by telling us what you're making. And why. We do this in conversation, not by sending you a form to fill out. Rivendel needs to learn your taste, which means it needs you to spend time describing what you like and don't like, what you want the brand to feel like, what kind of customer you want and don't want.
We make the brand first. Visual identity, voice, the way the thing reads and looks. You see versions. You react. We adjust. This takes a few rounds because the brand is the foundation. Getting it wrong wrecks everything else.
Once the brand is set, everything else follows from it. Website, content, ads, emails, replies. All in the same voice. All matching the look you chose. The system isn't making forty separate decisions and asking you to approve each one. It's making one decision and applying it everywhere.
Then it runs. Posts go out. Ads get tested and adjusted. Emails go out on the rhythm of your business. Replies get drafted. You approve them or change them before they go. Reports get generated. You check in when you want to, change direction when you want to. Otherwise the work happens without you.
What you do is taste work. You set direction at the start, review work as it comes out, say no to the version that's almost right but not quite. You catch when the system writes a caption that doesn't sound like you. You tell us. We adjust how it writes for you. The thing it can't do without you is keep its own taste right. That's what you're for.
